Berkeley Commons – Community Updates March 2018
Good Afternoon Berkeley Commons Townhome Property Owners,
As many of you know the Board of Directors was transferred from the developer to homeowners at the Annual Meeting that was held on Jan 30th. Three homeowners were voted on the Board of Directors, Alex Veloz as the President, Patricia Mack as the Treasurer, and Antoinette Grimes as the Secretary. Please feel free to congratulate them if you see them out and about in the neighborhood.
The board has approved to install two doggie stations in the community. One will be placed at the south cul-de-sac and the other placed at the north cul-de-sac. The board realizes that many homeowners own pets in the community and this will make the community a more pet friendly neighborhood. These should be installed within 2 to 4 weeks.

Please be sure to review the covenants and bylaws of the association as this is the document that governs your community. The board will also post messages periodically to give updates concerning the community on the Berkeley Commons Townhomes webpage.
