Neighborhood Reminder:
Parking on the grass damages the sprinkler heads as well as the landscape and these repairs are very costly to the Association; therefore, grass parking is strictly prohibited.

Sewer Project Update:
  • Access Matting Installation – November 4th to November 13th – Widows Ct
  • Access Matting Installation – November 14th to the 19th – St. Pauls Parrish Ln
By-pass pumping along the back of St Pauls Parrish Ln may overlap between the 2 following phases:
Phase I (begins in the Widows Ct area)
  • November 19th to January 3rd to install the bypass piping and pump system.
  • January 3rd to February 11th to bypass pump operations.
Phase II (toward the Fenwick Plantation Rd area)
  • February 11th to February 18th to install the bypass piping and pump system
  • February 21st to March 31st for bypass pump operations.

Pool keys – The first buyers of a property are sent one key/access device by the Fenwick Commons Homeowners Association. Resale pool keys and cards must convey at Closing.  If any card is lost or stolen, a replacement is available for $50.00 payable to Fenwick Commons. Please follow this link to order a replacement amenity key. Please note that only 1 key is permitted to be activated per household.

Fenwick Commons community amenities have been closed until further notice in accordance with the Governor’s  Executive Order #2020-13.
