NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING

Dear Owners of Ocean Inn,
The Ocean Inn Condominium Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held
Saturday, December 9, 2017

The primary purpose for conducting the Annual Meeting is to comply with the requirements of the Association’s By-Laws to conduct such meetings and for the Board of Directors, and applicable committee chairs, to present information and reports to the general membership. Enclosed in this packet is an agenda for the 2017 Annual Meeting, Board of Directors Candidate Form, Proxy, and the 2016 Annual Meeting Minutes. Please take a few minutes to review the enclosed materials.
This will be a short business meeting per the enclosed agenda. This public meeting is not the forum for bringing concerns to your Board for discussion. Members are encouraged to contact Community Management Group with questions, comments and concerns at any time of the year. Your Board and representatives of Community Management Group will remain after the Meeting adjournment to answer any remaining questions. Adults only please during Association Meetings
Please return the proxy even if you are certain you will attend!
The reason that we ask you to return the proxy if you are not planning to attend the meeting is so quorum can be established. If a quorum is not met, the meeting will have to be rescheduled, resulting in unnecessary expenses to the Association. Please return your proxy by mail, email, or fax (843-795-8482) no later than December 8, 2017.
