Homeowner Advocacy Program
Are you having a problem with your association? Whether or not you are living in a professionally-managed association or a volunteer-managed community, your board has responsibilities to you and your neighbors. It isn’t always easy for the board and manager, and not every situation will make every owner happy. There are trade-offs of rights and responsibilities when living in a homeowners association.
Common concerns and conflicts that we hear relate to:
- Architectural review matters
- Delinquent/late accounts
- “Personality issues” with neighbors and board members
- Finding and understanding community rules and procedures
If you are having any issues with your association, whether or not we manage your community, we want to help you find your answers and solve your concerns. Please reach out to me personally and I will do my best to get you the assistance you need.

Please note that we do not provide legal advice and we are not a law firm. Should the matter involve a need for such advice, we will help you find professional legal resources.
