Attention Owners:
The project to address the exterior column straps at the rear of each support beam is underway. The association’s vendor will be removing the existing straps and replacing them. The work will involve the removal and addition of concrete. The work will take about three weeks to complete community-wide.
The vendor will be running an extension cord from a unit on each building so they can run a grinding tool to facilitate part of the work instead of using a noisy generator.
